Here at American Honda Motor Co., Inc., we have a specific form for
departments to use for regular destructions of records that spend their
entire life in the department.  It should be easy to create an e-document
for your branches to complete when they do their monthly destructions.  Our
form is still physical.  (Steve W. - our attorneys mandate paper.)
