Hi Michael,

You might want to consider Smead. http://www.smeadsoftware.com

Their focus is with state and local municipalities.
Good luck!

Subject: Document Control Software

We're looking to establish a document control system within our small
state special district. I've looked at industrial-scale software
systems and
they probably are too big for us in terms of features etc. Does anyone
know of smaller scale (and less expensive) software to manage a document
control function?

Please feel free to contact me off-line if it is more convenient.
