So, we going to ask that employees jump to another system to send
personal email instead of managing it to begin with.  If you could get
past that, it might work. Yeah, right.  Seems it would be easier to use
an ERMS that handles email that to put yet another system into the mix.
Granted, the software does not require maintenance on the part of the
using company, but the contract does and access control does.  At
$40/year for 3000 employees, that's $120,000 plus infrastructure.  That
could be used for an enterprise wide ERMS.  More systems, more expense,
more infrastructure, more chance for improper use - just for email.  I
would be taking these into consideration.
