Which scenario provides the greatest risk:
A. Internal processing by folks that deal with the information every
day.
B. Processing by a local service bureau who is dependent on working with
you in the future.
C. Processing by an overseas service bureau that processes documents for
dozens of organizations world wide.
D. Processing by an organization staffed by folks who spend their days
and nights behind bars because they have already proven their
willingness to break the law.

Some may say the risks are equal, I don't buy it for a minute.
