Manure haulers, too must be certified under Act 49.  Record keeping is also
an important part of the plan. All records must be maintained for a period
of three years.  "Record keeping does two things. First, it helps you
improve your methods. Second, there are a lot of anti-agriculture people out
there and we've got to prove that we're doing it," said Beegle.
