Reference the spinach infected with E-coli...; probably came from
untreated or not-fully treated water used for irrigation.

Manure haulers, too must be certified under Act 49.  Record keeping is

an important part of the plan. All records must be maintained for a

of three years.  "Record keeping does two things. First, it helps you
