Hey Earl, 

I used Zasio's Versatile product when working for the EPA (granted that
was a million years ago!).  As Steve mentions, it was very useful for
managing physical assets such as boxes.  I recall it having a fairly
clunky interface but I'm sure they've since improved it.  Oh, and since
I haven't emailed you in a while - Go Noles!  Say hi to MP for me!
