you follow the same procedure except the command is going to be one of
the following

SET RECMGMT-L DIGEST which will get you the digest version

or

SET RECMGMT-L MAIL which will you get you the individual messages
delivered to your inbox

or you can search the listserv archives at

http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html

and search for ADMIN in the subject line. instructions or links to
instructions are posted somewhat regularly as well as being included
in the Welcome to the List message that all new subscribers receive
when they join the list
