A friend who started working with an energy company in Connecticut
called asking if I knew a RM consultant in the area around Berlin, CT.
He's looking for someone  able to create a more efficient method of
maintaining their property and engineering records.  This requires
someone with specialized knowledge of easements, encroachments,
engineering project files, etc.  At this point, they need a RM expert to
offer design and file plan assistance while they, or contract ROW
agents, implement the conversion themselves.  We're not discussing any
GIS, just file plan/design consulting at this point.
