I found this article interesting.  I think paper receipts still make
good sense for voters.  A receipt provides the voter a printout that
they did put in what they wanted to put in.

 

And to yesterday's comment about IDs - it may be state driven.  In Va
you are required to have a picture id.  MD did not require it.
