No offense intended, but you signed up for the list and it is your
responsibility to sign off when you want to leave.  Here is a snippet
from the instructions you received the very first time you signed on.

"UNSUBSCRIBING
You may leave the list at any time.
--send command to [log in to unmask] with the message: unsubscribe
RECMGMT-L. Once your request is processed, you will receive confirmation
that you have been deleted from the listserv."
