Doug,   I agree with you wholeheartedly.   However,  I do not see why the 
handouts/proceedings on a flash drive could not be available on a "for 
purchase" option on the ARMA Bookstore.     Previous years proceedings 
have been and currently are still available via CD from the website.  Why 
not give the purchaser the option of a flash drive?
