I know I should probably just email Larry directly, but...

My company is divided as to whether or not electronic approvals are
acceptable for engineering drawings in California. My conversations with
the other CRM here and my own research seems to indicate that a wet seal is
still required, but certain engineers insist this has changed, but haven't
been able to provide me with a citation. I'm hoping the engineers are right
on this but so far haven't found anything explicitly allowing it. I suppose
a case could be made with the existing "E-sign" legislation, but that will
be a harder sell.

Anyone have an update on this? Larry?
