Interested in the comment regarding "Records Manager" en Francais and the  
need to have some standards in terminology.  The International Council on  
Archives (ICA) headquartered in Paris, in its Dictionary of Archival  Terminology, 
uses the term "Gestionaire de Documents" for "Records Manager." as  does the 
International Records Management  Council in its dictionary. Also  used when 
referring to records officer or records administrator. Oh.  Well!!
