Please remember to delete out the previous message when posting a
reply. Keep only information from the previous message necessary for
your reply.

Why?

Many recmgmt-l subscribers receive the digest version of the list. The
digest delivers all the previous days messages in a single post the
following day. now if previous messages are not deleted from a reply
then digest subscribers will see the original message over and over
again.

For example - tomorrows digest will contain the new CRM listing 3
times (if not more) by the end of the digest those subscribers will
have those names burned into their memory.

finally not deleting the previous messages greatly increases the size
of the digest.

Now for those folks who are wondering "how do I get the digest?" here
are the instructions


1. send an email with a blank/empty subject line to

[log in to unmask]

2. In the body of the message put the following command

SET RECMGMT-L DIGEST

you will receive a confirmation when successful
