Welcome to the listserv and to the field. A CRM is a "Certified Records
Manager".  The Institute of Certified Records Managers is the recognized
certifying body of ARMA International.  The web site for the ICRM web
site is:  http://www.icrm.org  ..... If you have an interest in
prospering and excelling the field, pursuing the CRM designation is a
great idea!
