To all,

Peter K. pointed out to me that we should have received an e-mail from ARMA
HQ around January 8, which I subsequently found. This allowed me to
successfully reach the voting link - so I voted. I encourage everyone else
to do the same. It is YOUR association, but only if you exert some
influence. Taking an interest in the candidates and voting is a great way to
start.

I too have not received an invitation to vote.  In fact, aside from the 
reminders to check out the candidates in San Antonio, I have not received 
any notices regarding the election.
