Hello Gang,
 
Would appreciate some assistance.  I have the following 5 items on why  you 
need to purge records.  Can you add to the list?  appreciate any  and all 
assistance.
 
1.    Ensure regulatory compliance
2.    Minimize litigation risks
3.    Improve efficiency    
4.    Control growth
5.    Reduce operating costs
