I require some information on the processes/procedures involved in the
keeping of wills by private sector legal firms. I require:
1. How long do you retain originals? Copies?
2. What do you do for security? Where are they kept?
3. Do you keep them electronically? What index criteria do you use?
4. Access? Who has access to the wills?
5. Exhibits/Attachments. Do you only store the will or do you store it
along with Powers of Attorney, Testamentary
letters, etc....
6. Do you store them offsite/onsite?
