We use word, PDF, and the intranet for publishing.

Your grammar is not bad; capitalize "in" and take out the comma in the
first sentence.

Dear all,

in our company it is said, that the Records Retention Schedules are
managed
using records management software or internally created database.

I have created a small Access database to manage all schedules. I would

like to know how other Records Managers have solved this business?

Thank you for each idea you bring in.

Kind regards from Germany - and apology for my bad grammar!
