One of the things I used to do was to have a contest on who could put an archive box together (you know the one I mean which is delivered flat and has to folder into itself a hundred times ha ha).  I told them whoever would win would get a prize.  When it was over I game them all a prize.  It was fun to see how they did.  Some couldn't even figure it out!  But good for you Patrick for going through all that effort!  You should be congratulated!  Who knows maybe there is a future records manager in that group thanks to you.
