Not sure it is worse.  Quite possibly they are more familiar with other
certifications, CPA for example.  You can test for the CPA with no
experience, or sit for the Bar, or any of a half dozen other
certifications.  Some do not even require minimum education.  Compared
to them, the CRM is very stringent.

If I had hired a half dozen recently anointed CPA's fresh out of school
and been disappointed with their performance, I would make the same
leap.
