Sounds like a day in Downtown DC around the White House - I used to work a
couple blocks away - but am stuck out in the boring 'burbs for now...

 From my window here at Los Alamos National Laboratory I can see the 
Jemez Mountains basking in the early morning sunshine, and also the 
bomb squad getting ready to detonate a suspicious package (probably 
some poor schlep's backpack containing gym clothes and smelly 
sneakers) that was found outside the library.
