Greetings from Wonderful Wyoming,
 
I am sending this on be half of one of my colleagues who works for the Department of Corrections (DOC). 
 
DOC is in need of a consultant company who would be able to review the current state of RIM in the department and develop a plan to effectively manage the records of the State's prisons and probation and parole program. 
 
My colleague would like to discuss with agencies who have completed this type of review; the methodology and costs encountered in this type of review and establishment from the review of a comprehensive RIM program.
