For those of you that have an electronic records and document management
system, how do paper documents flow through your organization? Is incoming
correspondence scanned immediately and distributed electronically, or are
the documents sent to the appropriate user and scanned afterwards? At what
point does document classification occur? When is the paper destroyed?
If anyone has a document workflow diagram they could share with me, it would
be greatly appreciated
