Next month I will starting interviewing candidates for a records clerk
position that has recently become available in our Charlotte, NC office.
I am looking for a questionnaire to use as a template to rate qualified
candidates.  If any one on the list has a questionnaire they use are can
suggest best practices in interviewing candidates it would greatly be
appreciated.
