Well, we use the end date of the box, for the most part...so speaking
for the majority of our records, we calculate off the date of the latest
record in the box.

Some records are different, but we still know we need to calculate, say,
10 years off the expiration of a contract.  This minors issue is just
different, in that there's nothing I can use to put into the system.
