Actually I am not a new member to the listserve but I have just been a
reader all this while. I joined this forum since year 2001 when I was in
Document Management System Section in Malaysia Oil & Gas Company but not
active when I moved to Quality Management Group. And now I have been
transferred to Data Management Department in the company's subsidiary
and my task is to manage the E&P Data Management i.e core samples,
seismic data , etc.

I am in project team to conduct study on improving the facility of
storing the core samples and tapes. In order to assess our current state
we are planning for a benchmarking exercise. If anyone of you have
experience, information or knowledge on the areas that we should
benchmark, would appreciate if you can share it with me. Or perhaps you
know any place that have such facility for us to benchmark. Looking
forward for your information.
