My company operates internationally, but our department -- and our RIM
program -- has only focused on the US locations up to now.  Now our
financial operations in Europe have asked me if they can consolidate
their financial records in a single location (the Netherlands or
Belgium) for long term retention.  The records would be generated within
a variety of countries (EU and non-EU), then transmitted or transported
to the central location.  We don't know if there are EU or national
requirements that would preclude removing records from the country of
origin.  Can anyone help answer this question?
