Hello, All!
I've been reading the quips from you and have been very pleased that I am in the majority - remove the binders before storing the info.
What I have done in the past that worked well, and still does, is to place the information in an expandable/accordian folder. And once you place a label on the appropriate location, your transfer is complete.
It honestly does not take that much time for the originator/owner to do this work and it keeps the info in place very well. But if they refuse to make the changes, I don't have to take the boxes, right?!
Or just maybe I've opened too many boxes, in the past, where the binder clasps have opened and I am surprised to see a big mess when I pull out the binder!
All is well in HOT central Florida and I hope with all of you, too! See you in TWO months in the lovely city of Baltimore!
All the best,
Alice
