Interesting, but I'd recommend that no one make assumptions on what CRMs
of any particular era "know"...... I'd be happy to take on any current
CRM on knowledge of technology (well, there would have to be beer or
something of value involved).  One aspect of the CRM that hopefully all
of us will use to our advantage is the requirement for continuing
education, something that I focus time and attention on keeping current.
