For the past few years, the test bank questions were reviewed, added,
purged, etc. twice a year (as of the new testing process - three times a
year).

I think we would if we have not kept up with the technology and the RIM
body of knowledge (isn't that what the CMP requirement is all about?).
The outline (and thus the exams) was completely reorganized in 2006,
with Part V (Technology) being the most changed.  A pdf of the new
