Hi List,
Am looking for some ideas for interview questions to help determine if someone actually LIKES working with records (coding, indexing, sorting, filing, etc.) Naturally, I need your ideas yesterday, but figured with some luck, I could get some thoughts from all you smart folks pretty quickly. I've searched the list archives and there have been discussions about interview questions for RMs, and about the Records Mgmt Competency Profiles. I may be living in la-la-land, but I'd really like to work with someone who enjoys the work (or at least doesn't mind doing it).

Position: Administrative Support Specialist - with two primary responsibilities related to supporting the City Clerk (transcribing minutes) and supporting me (records tasks). Interviews are Wednesday so your quick response is most appreciated.
