My company is currently reviewing EMC's EmailXtender and Symantec's
Enterprise Vault for our e-mail archiving initiative.  I am not in the IT
organization but I have seen multiple demos of both products and I believe

 We are currently evaluating EMC/Legato's Email Extender in our environment

 to use as a means to retain email for litigation purposes. I would like to

 hear from anyone who has had any experience with this product for this

 purpose and would specifically like to know how the product performs. We

 have not purchased it yet.

 In addition, I would like to hear about what other products are being used

 for this same purpose. We are running mostly Domino 7.02 servers on

 Windows and iSeries platforms.

 Any information would be greatly appreciated.
