I agree with both comments. They are records and may very well be needed
until a number of years after the end of the actual contract. Most states have
a law that say records relating to contracts are required to be retained
until ____ years after the termination of the contract. Put them in a separate
box, accurately label and index them and send them off.
I have had silly stuff stored offsite, like an automobile tire that was an
exhibit in a law suit. ;)
