Thanks for posting this Bruce. 
 
While the rule changes have made my job more interesting, it is so true - the stakes are high. Very high. This is not your father's litigation procedural landscape. It is not even your brother's. I've learned more in the last year about electronic discovery production than I have in the last 10. And I have done this a lot! While there has been a stress level I don't think I liked, overall the experiences have been good. Now if I can just figure out how to write an article about what I know...
