Doug,

Sorry I have to disagree with you again irrespective of how confronting 
that is.

In 10 years in the commercial data industry I have only ever come across 
one records manager who was involved in the decision on where to store 
tapes.

But perhaps the people I have seen storing their tapes in document boxes 
could have been records managers without my knowledge.

If ARMA and PRISM are doing such a good job then why is there even a need 
to discuss basic concepts like churn protocols? People have been doing 
this for 30 years it should have all been done 20 years ago.
