Notwithstanding the fact that each contracting situation is unique, does
anybody have a template RFP-type document that they've used to
evaluate/engage RIM consultants? There is plenty of reference material
out there on how to develop RFPs and about the RFP process in general,
but my feeling is that choosing a consultant company to partner with on
accomplishing multiple complex, long-term strategic RIM goals and
objectives is somewhat different than choosing a technology solution
vendor, for example. Anybody have any thoughts on how best to evaluate
and differentiate among RIM consultant companies? Anybody have any
cautionary tales taken from actual experience?
