I'm looking to speak with the records managers of organizations that
are moving to use of SaaS (Software as a Service) for email and file
storage (in effect, having a third party host email and LAN storage).
In addition, I'm looking for records managers of organizations that are
allowing / requiring telecommuters to buy their own computer hardware
and utilize software like VMware or Citrix to access corporate data.
(And yes, I have read John Montana's white paper published by the ARMA
Educational Foundation.)

The purpose of the conversation will be to understand how e-discovery
issues are being dealt with. My lawyers would like to talk to their
peers in your organization.
