ENTER THE WORLD OF STAFFING WITH TRAK!!

 

Are you interested in using your information management experience and
entering the world of recruiting at the same time?  If so, TRAK Records
and Library is recruiting for a Recruiter for its Washington, DC office.


 

This position has active involvement in all facets of a temporary and
direct-hire placement business specializing in records management and
library staffing.  As a Recruiter, you will plan and implement
consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement
in staffing for placements on a temporary, temp-to-perm, direct-hire
and/or long term contract basis.  Candidate activities include
recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating interviews, and filling
orders.  Client activities include client development, new account
management, providing customer service to clients, and taking a positive
proactive position in corporate partnering.

 

We are searching for candidates with either two years of recruiting or
sales experience or candidates that have records management or library
experience that are interested in getting into the staffing field.
College degree required.  The ability to work in a fast paced
environment and provide excellent customer service necessary.

 

This position offers a very competitive base salary with a lucrative
bonus structure.  We offer excellent benefits!  As a recruiter, you will
join a team of six staffing professionals that provide records
management and library staffing services to the Washington Metropolitan
area.
