I agree with Doug that it truly is an outstanding conference, especially considering that it usually a product of just one local ARMA Chapter, but this year for the first time, it will also involve the Southwest Region CRM Conference. Over the years, people from throughout the United States, Canada, and other countries have attended the Houston Conference. I remember meeting two ladies last year who traveled all the way from Central America just for the conference.
