On March 14, 2008, the SBA Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) submitted  
comments to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on  
NHTSA’s proposed Tire Registration and Recordkeeping rule.  NHTSA's  proposed 
rule would provide for the Internet registration of tires that  consumers 
purchase.
