Happy Friday RIM colleagues,

I'm looking for a few organizations that have outsourced certain records
management functions with Canon Business Services. My company is
currently considering CBS to operate our central file room (which
includes our HR file room), digital imaging center, and to perform daily
records deliveries and tape rotations to and from our offsite records
retention center. I would really like to get a records manager's
experience - positive but especially any negative -- with the project
and CBS in general. Please contact me off list.
