I believe you're confusing the RIM Self-Assessment which assesses the
competencies an individual should possess with the Risk Profiler
Self-Assessment which assesses a RIM program. The latter does cost
money.

We used it when it first came out and wasn't free- my bad but it did
help us move forward with Phase I of our program update
