Thanks to Bill, the co-task force leader for this project, I've received a couple of requests for more information about the ARMA/AIIM cooperative effort already.

The official title of our task force is: Electronic Records Management Software Applications: Public Sector Design Criteria

If you're interested in joining this task force, you can apply online via the ARMA website. 

Go to http://www.arma.org/standards/development/standardsprogress.cfm

and then select the following title from the drop-down menu to complete an online application form for this particular task force.
