Conference in Las Vegas let me suggest that the words

ARMA Las Vegas be the first part of your subject

for example ARMA Las Vegas - hotel information or
ARMA Las Vegas - listserv party

this will allow folks to set up rules to channel such messages to specific
folders or to delete them outright

just a suggestion
