Hi everyone,
 
I've perused the archives of the list and can't quite find what I'm looking for, so I beg the list's indulgence as I ask the following:
 
Have any of you ever reported (in a kind of matrix fashion) into the corporate Quality Assurance department?  If so, would you mind sharing with me your experiences (the good, the bad, the ugly)?  It would be a new experience for me and while it seems like a natural fit from a project management point of view, I'm concerned there may be dangers, too, that I haven't thought of.  I would *really* appreciate any tips/tricks you may have!
