My name is Roberto Dalan or some of you may know me as Bob Dalan.
I'm back on the listserv after a couple of years away. I moved out of the
Records Management field doing other work, became ill and have now
returned. I am now in my second week of work for a large county in
Minnesota.

Here's a very broad question:
Are there any government agencies (prefarably county but does not have to
be) out there that has installed Content Management enterprise wide.
Using modules like document management, email, retention, collaboration,
web content management, imaging and workflow or business process
management. We're looking for any success stories.

Thanks.

Bob
