Description
Experienced Records Manager to support Federal government client with
administration of agency-wide electronic records management (ERM) system
and customer service. Candidate will support electronic file plan
development, system configuration and maintenance, conduct user training,
develop project documentation, and assist project team with deployment
strategies, user acceptance, and issue resolution. Must have demonstrated
experience with ERM, file plans, records retention schedules, NARA
requirements, and other aspects of Federal records program management.
Candidate will participate on various project teams and working groups;
and must be able to communicate effectively, analyze concepts, make
recommendations, and produce project documentation. Downtown Washington,
DC location.
Requirements
Masters in Library or Information Science or equivalent degree. A current
CRM is preferred. A minimum of 10 years progressive records management
experience, preferably in the federal records arena, and a working
knowledge of electronic records management. Extensive customer
interaction, strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must be able to meet agency’s security clearance requirements.
