I lead the Records & Information Management program for a global company
with approximately 16,000 employees and a business presence in over 20
countries.  We have completed initial implementation of our RIM program
globally using Record Coordinators by site, business, and function.  We
are considering a new structure post implementation.  I'm looking for
ideas on how other similar companies staff globally.
